These terms govern use of Tunael Song AI, including the AI song generator, free browser tools, credits, subscriptions, and downloadable audio.
Acceptable Use
Use the service only for content you have the right to create, upload, process, and publish. Do not use Tunael Song AI to infringe copyright, impersonate others, violate privacy, create illegal content, distribute malware, or abuse third-party services.
Prompts and Generated Audio
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the way you use generated audio. Do not submit copyrighted lyrics, private information, or material that you are not allowed to process. Generated results may vary and should be reviewed before public use.
Credits and Subscriptions
Generation credits are consumed when a job is submitted. Failed jobs may be refunded automatically when the system detects the failure. Paid subscription credits do not roll over unless a plan page states otherwise.
Free Browser Tools
Browser tools such as BPM calculation, audio trimming, and slowed plus reverb processing are provided for convenience. Large files may be limited by browser memory and device performance.
